Project Description: This master bathroom remodel involved enlarging the shower area for a more spacious, “spa like” experience at home. The beautiful shower doors were custom made for this design. The tile work on the floor and in the shower was chosen for its soothing tone and its compliment to the entire room. The enlarged vanity and sink area gives the homeowner a more spacious work space and storage. A small 24 inch door was removed and a pocket door system has been applied to accommodate the custom shower and allow for a more open floor plan. |

Project Description: This project was a redesign to the original space to the home. We removed the original four foot shower enclosure; a basic soaker/tub deck; white cabinets & countertops and the “phone booth” (a small room which housed the toilet). The wall that divided the bathroom from the walk-in closet was completely removed and placed inward to expand the closet size and reduce the size of the bathroom. We reconstructed the bathroom with a large custom shower. The color choices were bold. A new tiered custom vanity cabinet system is the highlight of the bathroom. The client also added a few luxury items: heated ceramic flooring and a hot water system. Project Description: The Patterson-Hauer estate was once the home and entertainment spot for many prominent Daytonians. The well-to-do citizens of the late 19th century rode horse back up to the exclusive home crouched in the middle of the woods away from the others at top of a woodsy hill.
Hidden in the woods behind the Swiss Chalet-style home sits the carriage house and stable. It is a nice-sized building which was deserted for many years. The carriage area is now a garage.
