AWARD WINNING PROJECTS

Contractors throughout the Dayton Metropolitan area are invited to compete for the prestigious Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards in recognition of their achievements during the previous year.

Winners are selected by an important panel of judges from across the area who are experts from within the industry and associated fields. All entries are judged on problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, and degree of difficulty.
